FLC is seeking an inquisitive and curious Reporting Officer to join our Project Control team. The Reporting Officer will be responsible for collecting data, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and is eager to learn.
Who is FLC?
Femern Link Contractors, FLC, is the joint venture responsible for the design and construction of the immersed tunnel, tunnel portals and ramps. Our joint venture consists of nine international construction companies with individual experience in large infrastructure projects.
Together, we are committed to working together to deliver a state-of-the-art immersed tunnel, portals and ramps, delivered on time and safely, in a sustainable and ethical manner.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse data from various sources to generate accurate and timely reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain various PowerBi dashboards to monitor performance.
- Work closely with other teams to understand their reporting needs and provide support in interpreting and analysing data.
- Monitor and analyse trends in data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Proficiency in Power-BI
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Workplace is ideally in Rødbyhavn but Copenhagen with weekly working days in Rødbyhavn can be discussed.
