Position: Full-Time Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and schedule team members.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Control inventory, food costs, and labour costs.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Good computer and administrative skills.
English is required; Danish is an advantage.
