As a Quality Assurance Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future and driving innovation within the staffing industry.
About the role
As a QA engineer you must ensure that features are implemented according to specification, is crash/halt bug free and consistent. You will also be there to ensure that releases are critical-bug free.You will articulate and run regression and smoke tests and in general be part of maturing the software development process. As a part of the maturity journey, we will need to grow test automation practices and implement procedures around repeatable testing – and you will be a central player to design and implement this. It is very important that you interested in taking the view of the users on the software.

- Articulate repeatable tests and drive them towards automation
- Test new featuresaccording to specifications and intentions
- Take part in the software process maturity journey
You have (Your qualifications):
We appreciate if you have a graduate degree or a bachelor’s degree in a technical domain. If your education is non-technical you have a passion for IT. In addition, you have at least 3 years of working experience in relevant or related fields.
Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role is analytical, collaborative, a problem-solver, has a great attention to detail and passionate about continuous learning, as we invest greatly in our employees to enhance their expertise areas. You should feel eager to join a company undergoing changes, knowing that it signifies commitment to the journey and your team to achieve shared goals.
You are proficient in both English writing and speaking since you will be joining an international team.
