To continue to meet expectations and milestones, we need to get smarter at managing our products. For this we need YOU to help us identify new opportunities and processes for continuous improvement and develop systems that can be introduced to our daily ways of working.
The purpose of this position is to implement development-oriented and interdisciplinary work processes within innovation, product development and production. We are looking for someone to focus on the development of our products, including management of technical documentation, progression of production processes, development coordination and planning. Within this position there is also the opportunity design and innovate machines using the latest technology and industry trends to fit into our systems. Join us in this role where you’ll become our new R&D engineer and work directly on our asset projects. You'll be supporting projects with your organized, and detailed mindset and develop an understanding of our products and drive internal improvements and initiatives.
Our team is primarily based out of Denmark but works globally as a central global support function. As a team, we work, coordinate, and collaborate closely to support our project colleagues and operations to ensure progress and find solutions. We work independently as well as take time to learn together and from each other.
You’ll play an important role in:
- Creating and implementing new processes and ways to enforce the requirements plans with workshops with presentations and other material.
- Opportunities to design and develop new machines to fit into our systems, keeping up with the latest industry trends and supporting ensuring our systems meet the needs of our customers.
- Developing and creating processes for innovation.
- Manage the BBHS IP portfolio
- Planning, coordinating, facilitating, and following up on technical documentation structures and requirements.
Personal qualifications:
- Technical foundation to learn fast, a foundation in mechanical design is desirable.
- Digital transformation knowledge.
- Knowledge of software and ability to promote teamwork through SharePoint.
- Reading, interpretation and generation of CAD 3D models. Experience with Autodesk Inventor is desirable.
- Understanding of the workflow for product.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
